Hamlet Law partner Nicole B. Slaughter to present at NCBA winter program
I am looking forward to the opportunity to present with my collaborative law colleagues, John Ong and Ron Skufca, information about how collaborative law can be used as an alternative dispute resolution tool in construction cases. Our collaboratively trained colleagues – Bob Meynardie, Caroline Troutman, and Bob deRosset – will help us demonstrate how this process can be used to expeditiously resolve complex multi-party disputes and preserve existing relationships.
